DESCRIPTION
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Identify three effects of anxiety on the body and mind
- Distinguish between a normal response to anxiety and overreactions by naming three of each
- List three interventions to relieve panic-induced stress
- Identify three symptoms of anxiety associated with returning to work and adjusting to “a new normal.”
Course is approved for 1.0 CEUs/contact hours for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) in California. Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed.
