How long should it take for courses to appear in my learner dashboard?

  • It might take time to process if you purchased a bundle or multiple courses. You will receive an email notification once all the courses from your purchase have been added. While the courses are being added, you can access any available courses while the rest populate in your dashboard.

What if purchased courses don’t appear in the dashboard after waiting?

  • If you are missing courses, need to be re-enrolled, or need further assistance, please contact us, and someone will reach out within one business day.

Why isn’t my course launching?

  • Your internet browser may be outdated. We recommend using Google Chrome.
  • You may need to disable the pop-up blocker on your browser.
  • Your course may be expired. All courses expire 1 year from the date of enrollment.
  • Make sure that your course is not behind another window or minimized and hidden in the taskbar.

Where is my certificate?

  • Make sure that you have completed the entire course and passed the exam with a score of 80% or higher.

  • You must complete a short course evaluation at the end of each course to gain access to your certificate.


  • Your certificate is retained in your Transcript on your Dashboard and can be downloaded or printed from there.

How do I access the courses that I just purchased?

  • Click in the course of your choice from the Dashboard

  • Make sure that you have accepted the Terms & Conditions.

  • Once you’ve accepted the Terms & Conditions, click the “Start” button.

How do I log in to access my courses/dashboard? (existing users only)

  • Click on Learner Login in the upper-right corner of the careersmart.com main page.

  • Input username. The username is the email address that you used when purchasing. (If you used our website before 2015 your username might not be your email) Enter your password and click “Login”

Why am I unable to create an account?

  • You may already have a profile with us that is associated with the email you are trying to use. Try logging in as an existing user with your email as your username and click “forgot password” and you will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password, it is an automated email and it might end up in your spam and junk mail folder. Please note, the password reset is for completing a purchase and not course access. If you need to reset your password to access courses please go here.
  • If you are new to the website, please click on the circle next to Create a New Account after you proceed to check out. From there, you will set up a username (email) and password to access your courses along with payment information. We do not save any payment information.
