DESCRIPTION
This course provides an advanced overview of the Hospice Model of Care, including:
- Understand the basic philosophy of hospice
- Evaluate the three basic components of hospice model of care
- Asses the roles of the hospice care team members
- Determine eligibility criteria
- Analyze a case study involving ethics.
It is intended for use in caregiver and staff training. Participants will need to pass final quiz with 80% or more and may re-take as often as needed in order to pass.
