DESCRIPTION
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Discuss claims considerations relating to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
- Define CRPS.
- Describe characteristics of CRPS.
- Discuss diagnostic choices.
- Identify treatment options and claims management.
Continuing Education Credits
This course is approved for 1.0 CE/Contact Hour for the following professions:
- Nurses (RN, LVN, LPN) (all states)
- Advanced Practice RN (APRN): This course includes 0.25 pharmacotherapeutic contact hours
- Certified Case Managers (CCM)
- CA Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters (WC CA)
Course Details
To receive 1.0 contact hour of continuing education credit, learners must pass the final quiz with 80% or more; the final quiz may be re-taken as often as needed.
