DESCRIPTION
Course Objectives
This is a webcast of a seminar hosted by CareerSmart Learning on October 10, 2012, in Pasadena, CA, including four expert panelists. By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:
- List some common mistakes made in physician reporting.
- Analyze different points of view and factors influencing reporting.
- Describe ways in which claims professionals and case managers can achieve higher quality reports.
Continuing Education Credits
Content is California-law specific. This course is approved for 2.0 CE/Contact Hours to the following professions:
- Nurses (All States)
- Certified Case Managers (CCM)
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC)
- CA Workers’ Comp Claims Adjusters (WC CA)
Course Details
To receive 2.0 contact hours of continuing education credit, learners must pass the final quiz with 80% or more; the final quiz may be re-taken as often as needed.
