DESCRIPTION
This is a webcast of a seminar hosted by CareerSmart Learning on October 10, 2012 in Pasadena, CA, including four expert panelists, with the following objectives:
- List some common mistakes made in physician reporting
- Analyze different points of view and factors influencing reporting
- Describe ways in which claims professionals and case managers can achieve higher quality reports.
Content is California-law specific. Course is approved for 2.0 CE/Contact Hours for:
- Nurses (all states)
- Certified Case Managers (CCM)
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC)
- CA Workers’ Comp Claims Adjusters
Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed. This course will be updated or discontinued on or before July 31, 2027.
