  • Describe risk factors that lead to work injuries.
  • Explain ergonomic strategies used to reduce safety hazards in the workplace.
  • Explain the basic principles of workstation design and job restructuring.
  • Describe tools and equipment used for ergonomic supports.
  • Identify benefits of ergonomic services.

Continuing Education Credits

This course is approved for 2.0 CE/Contact Hours for the following professions:

  • Nurses (RN, LVN, LPN) (all states)
  • Certified Case Managers (CCM)
  • Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC)
  • CA Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters (WC CA)

Course Details

To receive 2.0 contact hours of continuing education credit, learners must pass the final quiz with 80% or more; the final quiz may be re-taken as often as needed.
