Cultural Sensitivity in Elder Care (NAB/NCERS Approved) – 1.25 CE/Contact Hours

In this course, learners will achieve the following objectives:

• Recognize the challenges in caring for a multicultural elder care population.
• Describe culturally appropriate practices in the health care workplace.
• Explain how to implement practical solutions for overcoming cultural barriers in elder care.

• Nursing Home Administrators (all states)
• Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrators (most states)
