Absorb Learning Management System/Absorb Software Inc.

In order to provide the content offered on our Website, we use Absorb LMS, an Absorb Software Inc. product, to provide our video content. Absorb LMS may have access to our users information, including personal information, to the extent it is needed to perform their duties and functions and to provide or trouble-shoot technical support issues related to the user interface with the platform or administrative interface with the platform and course display. Cloud-Based Video Conferencing Services

The CareerSmart Learning system is integrated with or may otherwise interact with third party applications, websites, and services (“Third Party Applications”) such as Zoom to make the Live Class, Seminar or Webinar available to you. These Third-Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions of use and privacy policies and your use of these Third-Party Applications will be governed by and subject to such terms and conditions and privacy policies. You understand and agree that CareerSmart Learning does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third Party Application or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third Party Applications, nor does CareerSmart Learning warrant the compatibility or continuing compatibility of the Third-Party Applications with the Service.

Webinars and other live, virtual classroom trainings may be recorded for internal quality control purposes and may also be rebroadcast as webcast style online continuing education offerings on the CareerSmart Learning platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
