DESCRIPTION
This is an advanced course with technical content related to anatomy of the shoulder and elbow. Objectives include:
- Identify the basic anatomy of the shoulder and elbow
- Describe common occupational injuries affecting the shoulder and elbow
- List symptoms, diagnostic tools, and treatment for various conditions of the shoulder and elbow
- Analyze clinical and claims management process through participation in case study analysis.
Course is approved for 5.0 CE/Contact Hours to:
- Nurses (all states)
- Certified Case Managers (CCM)
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC)
- CA Workers’ Comp Claims Adjusters (CA WC)
Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed. Course will be updated or discontinued on or before July 31, 2027.
