Very important information. As a victim of lateral bullying in the past, I can attest to the truth of the information in this CEU. It has great information about how to handle bullying and also is very validating for a topic that is ignored often in nursing.

EXCELLENT and very comprehensive course on a topic many of us have already experienced in our workplaces. Highly recommended, relevant, and educational.
