DESCRIPTION
Certified Case Managers (CCMs) are certified by the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC). All CareerSmart® Learning courses listed below have been pre-approved by the CCMC. CCMs must generally complete 80 continuing education (CE) or contact hours every 5 years in order to retain an active certification. Additionally, 8 of the 80 CE/Contact Hours required for renewal must be ethics-related. These hours can be completed by taking any of the fast and interactive online courses listed in the catalog below, available 24/7.
