DESCRIPTION
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Identify different types of eating disorders.
- Differentiate between diagnostic criteria of Anorexia, Bulimia, and Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.
- Identify nutritional implications and complications.
- Recognize treatment standards.

This course is approved for 1.0 CE/Contact Hour for:
- California RCFE Administrators
- California Nurses (RN, LVN, LPN) (CA BRN)
Course Details

In accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, continuing education credits for California RCFE Administrators cannot exceed a total of ten (10) hours per calendar day—whether earned through in-class or interactive online formats. Coursework completed beyond the 10-hour per day limit will not be applied toward renewal requirements nor accepted by California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Administrator Certification Section (ACS).
