Opioid Crisis Management (Florida CNA Approved) – 3.0 CE/Contact Hours

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Describe the epidemiology and impact of opioid misuse.
• Identify signs and symptoms of opioid misuse and withdrawal.
• Identify alternatives to opioids for managing and treating pain.
• Identify approaches, including interdisciplinary communication and collaboration, to maximize outcomes for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Course is approved for 3.0 CE/Contact Hours for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Florida.

Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed.
