Assisted Living Administrators (NAB/NCERS Approved – most states)
Continuing education (CE) requirements for Assisted Living Administrators vary by state.
It is your responsibility to verify that your state board with accept continuing education credits approved by NAB.

- Per NAB regulations, navigation within these courses is restricted. Each slide must be viewed in its entirety before advancing to the next slide. Learners must view each slide and click the next button to advance in the course.
- Per NAB regulations, the maximum number of credits that may be reported for an individual for one 24 hour period is limited to twelve (12) credit hours. Any hours that exceed 12 hours in one day may be invalidated by the state licensing board. Courses must be completed in full, in accordance with the approved hours/runtime, in order for full credit to be reported.

Accreditation Agencies: For non-California states, the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) is the accrediting agency for Assisted Living Administrators. California does not accept courses approved by NAB, thus, we are required to have vendor approval from CDSS in order to provide CEs to Assisted Living (RCFE) Administrators in California.
