We are proud to share that our very own President and CEO, Alysha Loumakis-Calderon was recognized by Family Business Magazine as a “CEO to Watch.”

Alysha oversees two businesses. The first is ISYS Case Management, which her father Chris Loumakis founded in 1998.  ISYS Case Management provides nurse case management in the workers’ compensation industry. The seecond is CareerSmart Learning, which started in 2010 and provides online education and training for healthcare professionals and organizations.  Alysha and her talented leadership team are responsible for day-to-day operations and executing the strategic plans for both businesses.  As a family business with strong core values, leadership focuses on the pursuit of excellence, growth, learning, service, and generosity.  Alysha’s leadership also adheres to fiscal principles that promote long-term stability and reinvested growth.

Under Alysha’s leadership, CareerSmart Learning has fostered a culture of big minds, big hearts, lots of spirit, and good character. It also works creatively and collaboratively to provide healthcare professionals with online continuing education and training to advance individual and organizational outcomes.  CareerSmart Learning’s team members uphold values such as imagination, respect, tenacity, curiosity, collaboration, genuineness, and attention to detail daily.  The privilege of leading a family business and the additional opportunities it has provided back to the community are the pride of Alysha’s career.
