Description
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to: Define implicit bias and the differences between implicit and explicit bias; distinguish the difference between System 1 and System 2 thinking; evaluate the origin of implicit bias, historically and within oneself; analyze stereotypes and stigmas, and implicit biases in healthcare; and discuss some measurement tools in evaluating implicit biases in healthcare.

- Nursing Home Administrators (all states)
- Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrators (most states)
