Description
By the end of this course, learners will be able to: identify the basic anatomy of the back; describe proper posture and body mechanics; describe proper lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling techniques; explain the difference between back sprain and strain; and describe how back health is impacted by weight, nutrition, and exercise.
This course is approved for 1.0 CE/Contact Hour for:
- California RCFE Administrators
- California Nurses (RN, LVN, LPN) (CA BRN)
Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed.
