“Recipe for Successful Spine Surgeries” Seminar Packs the House at the Anaheim Crowne Plaza

CareerSmart® Learning hosted a half-day seminar on April 17, 2013 on the “Recipe for Successful Spine Surgeries”, with presentations on the cervical spine from Dr. David Chang and presentations on the lumbar spine from Dr. Robert Watkins, IV. Dr. Watkins and Dr. Chang, of Marina Spine Center, are well-reputed and nationally recognized for their treatment of famous sports figures for their work related injuries. The speakers offered insight into diagnosis, treatment, surgical options, and discerning factors impacting surgical success. They held an interactive question and answer session and even stayed well after the event ended to interact with audience members and answer questions.
The seminar was attended by more than 150 workers’ compensation, nurse case management, and other healthcare-related professionals, who obtained CEUs for the half day event. In addition, fourteen industry vendors sponsored a table and offered exhibitor information.
